My used car has been nothing but great! I’ve had only the problems they implied the vehicle had and fixed them with no problem. My only downside was my charge pipe to my boost was off but that’s no hard fix. Customer service was absolutely excellent and incredibly friendly, the vehicle looked different from the picture but honestly was so much better to see in person. Lovely business and vehicles. Also reminder don’t buy a used vehicle if you don’t know what you’re getting into, if you don’t know how to fix it.

I had the best experience working with Mark to buy my Honda. Amazing customer service, great response time (they got back to me immediately after I reached out about the car), and they are very honest and friendly. MG Auto is an amazing dealership and I’d give them 5/5 starts every day of the week.

UPDATE: I had a very poor experience with MG Auto and feel obligated to warn others. I was sold a vehicle that had diagnostic trouble codes cleared approximately 500 miles before the sale. After driving the car about 500 miles, the same check engine issues reappeared. I later discovered the vehicle also had an undisclosed aftermarket tune, which was never disclosed at the time of purchase. Since the sale, I’ve been repeatedly told that “nothing is wrong” and instructed to continue driving the vehicle after the codes were cleared again—only for the check engine light to return once more. I have scanner data, photos, and documentation from multiple shops, and I am still pursuing diagnostics because the issue clearly existed prior to my ownership. They had amazing customer service, I was given a great deal in my exact asking time. They stayed later just so I could make it after work to purchase my vehicle. Overall an amazing dealership, with great people and good prices. I will be referring all friends and family for all there vehicle purchases. Will definitely come back when I need am upgrade!
