MHC Kenworth - Ardmore

Im truck driver with 25 years experience, never was at this facility, but I see many good reviews and i believe it’s true, today God give me beautiful opportunity to see all this reviews in real time! Kenworth T680,2 warnings, SCR sistems altered or fault and in 4 hours derate I’m here, remain 1 hour before derate , tomorrow, 8 am put my truck in repair, next review after service, good luck, guys, be safe everyone on the road!

I wanted to comment on excellent customer service at the Kentworth shop in Ardmore Oklahoma. Joe shop Foreman and Brayden service advisors were both great being my first time at this KW dealer. Ryan (Cobb) was the tech that assisted and resolved the truck and trailer issues ! This Kentworth will be on my top list of contacts to bring my truck.

Best Kenworth I've been too, I've never been disappointed by any but, this one is great. Friendly helpful staff, 24hr service and nice driver lounge with shower and laundry. They dropped me off and picked me up from my hotel. 5 🌟 service!

Joe and Berry helped me fix a wiring issue that was causing my engine to shutdown even though they were extremely busy. With their kindness, I was able to delivery my load as scheduled. I am extremely grateful to both Joe and Berry for helping me get back on the road within an hour.

Door dash will deliver right to the service department. Comes in handy when your truck decides to give the mechanics headaches for 3 days! Overall positive experience here. They also have a driver shower, free laundry machines and a nice lounge. You can sleep here overnight in the recliners if you want!
