MHC Kenworth - Baxley

If you’re not local. Like an OTR driver, There is no Uber or taxi in Baxley so you are stuck in hotel waiting if going here for repair. The hotel I stayed at said there’s always one or two Drivers waiting for a week or two. It is the cheapest hotel in Baxley and there is very few places within walking distance. If you need to get home, you’re better off going into Savannah for repair, so you can fly home waiting for repair. It’s cheaper than staying at the hotel for eight days and meals. We had Volvo overnight an air compressor to them cause they couldn’t get one since that part is in national back order. Truck was not building air, only could’ve been the hot airline clogged or the compressor failed. Original estimate was diagnostic and five hours of labor. invoice came out

Very friendly. Excellent and through work. They didn't just fix the symptom. They searched for the cause. I was heading out after hometime, and my truck decided my engine would derate in 120 minutes. I made the 40-minute drive and checked her in. They got her up and running, and I was back on the road well before the usual 3-day wait at most places these days. I even delivered on time . Thank you!

I would go out of my way to bring my truck to these guys. Had to order a part for a/c and it was fixed the following evening and did not cost me an arm and a leg. They took me to motel and picked me back up. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

Honestly cant rate them. I just picked up my truck driving husband from here. Their bathroom was clean, which is unusual for a place mostly men go to. So they get 5 stars.

I don't recommend this shop. They do not fix the things that need fixing and they charge you for it anyway. They have had our truck for almost a week. Go to get it and they didnt fix some of the main issues. Very slow customer service also.
