O'Reilly Auto Parts

I stopped to price a part I need to repair my vehicle, and was surprised at how high the price was. Figuring maybe I'm out of the loop with how high everything has gotten, I almost got it. But went out to my vehicle to do a little more research. The place down the road was nearly $100 cheaper for that same part. I won't be going back to this place, who could afford to? It's a shame, because the staff was super friendly and helpful & pleasant.

More than just a place to grab auto parts, at this store you can count on great advice and hands on help from Ed and the other guys. I am bad with names so don't feel left out, but I have known Ed and his father for decades. If it takes a little longer to wait for help, then be proud and wait because they give each customer the time and attention that it takes to help them and you are going to get that from them when it's your turn. To Oreilly's Baxley team...THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I hope the managers/supervisors and corporate people realize what an irreplaceable gem they have in Ed. He is absolutely the best auto part store employe I have ever met. He helped me sooo much to understand the possible causes of my truck troubles. I'm 3000 miles from home and need to get back. Thank you again ED! Went in to get a tag light around 1:00 pm, looked around to see if I could maybe find the one I needed but failed. Then I went up to the clerk and started asking him and about the part I needed and out of no where a lady butts in front of me asking the same sales clerk a question if they installed head lights. The sales clerk immediately shut me down and started talking to her and walked right out the door with her. Usually this place is pretty friendly and helpful but today with this young clerk it was the worst experience I have ever had.
