I can agree that this shop has friendly staff but I have to relate their scheduling to a budget airlines. Either they overbook truck repairs that they can’t possibly accomplish in the given time or there is a culture of not being straight with the customer. My truck has been at the shop for two weeks longer than expected… wrong parts have come in and been reordered days later and I sat two days in the drivers room after being told my truck would be ready late Monday, now it’s Wednesday. Probably their biggest challenge is only having one shift… if they get behind it pushes everything out. I wish I would’ve been towed to a different shop. (Added after complete on Thursday) the shop did complete my repairs, the mechanic did explain all the work done, And in the end the service manager was ve
