MHC Kenworth - Gainesville

Truck broke down on my drive home to Cedar Rapids IA due to compromised oil filter gasket costing me a $1,000 tow bill. 4mos later and still NOTHING! I was also told that the A/C system was “fixed” however, 2hrs out of Gainesville and no A/C. $3,000 later and on MY DIME it’s fixed and working as it should. It is complete crap that this MHC stealership didn’t stand behind their sale. AND a new issue has been discovered that involves a Technical Service Bulletin issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in 2019 regarding the EXACT issue I am currently experiencing.

Recently purchased a used truck from here with Jack as my salesmen. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Jack was able to find me better finance options than what I originally came to him with and additionally he guided me every step of the way. Whether it was answering my questions at any time, or making sure I was always well informed at where we were in the process, Jack never failed to go above and beyond for me. I can’t recommend him enough!

Extremely disappointing experience. For over 3 months I’ve tried to open a company account so I can use my tax-exempt status. Every time I purchase parts and mention I’m tax-exempt, I’m told I must open an account—yet no emails ever arrive, not even in junk or spam. Staff say they’re helping, but there’s been zero progress. This is not a good business practice, especially when dealing with potential long-term customers and profit.
