MHC Kenworth - Joplin

Truly a very unpleasant experience with the service department. I have no prior experience with this place or know anyone who has. But I think it's safe to say, they lack customer service skills. After reading through past reviews. I can see why people have felt like the people here are racist. They may not be. But I have never experienced so many people in one place that had a smug, screw you attitude. I really can't find the words to express how uncomfortable I felt just being there. Not to mention the way they talk to you. I really don't see how they keep business. With that out of the way. (the horrible lack of customer relation skills) I came in due to a fluctuating fuel gauge and a data error for my fuel gauge. Got a def related error also (src fault or something similar to that). Kind of mixed with how I think this place is, on one side they mostly have everything I have gone in for and on another when I get to the parts area, staff there attending look at you like, “oh boy wonder what he wants”, just seems a bit uptight like your an inconvenience to them, I always call ahead to make sure the part I need is in stock before heading over there. So Ill still give em 5 stars.

I have bought and sold four trucks from MHC. Always top of the line service. They are always here to help to address any questions or concerns that I have about the buying and selling process. Dustin in sales is super awesome and helped my son get into a beautiful T680, Tyson helped with financing and did a great job, And Scott, the manager is always there to help with additional questions and concerns. Thanks again for everything. 23-year customer!

Was struck by a hotshot who could not pull out of a space, the crew at MHC-Joplin did an amazing job fixing me up. Once approvals came in on Tuesday morning they had me fixed up and rolling by Wednesday afternoon. Very impressed with the turn around and service I was given by everyone, Travis, the foreman for the body shop is a great guy and pleasure dealing with. While bodyshop did their job, the service side took care of a rear main seal leak and my PM in the middle of it, once again, very impressed with the coordination and work with everyone at this facility. Really enjoyed the fact they had showers and laundry services free to use, definitely made my couple days less stressful while waiting to get work done.

After an initial call in with what seemed to be a willingness to help take care of us, we have not been able to get a call back in the last 2 weeks, and that's after us calling several times to the advisor and the manager.
