MHC Kenworth - Memphis

I’ve been trucking a while so I know the usual troubles of using a dealer for a repair. This was the exception. I had a transmission code come up on Friday night. Towed in and was told no transmission techs available on the weekend (I don’t understand that) so I had to wait until Monday. When I checked in the next morning just to see if things had changed. To my surprise and fortune they had! Javier just happen to come in to make up some hours. He diagnosed my truck issue in 20 minutes and informed me the part was in stock and he could install it before he left. I was out the door and rolling quickly after. Now I did have to leave a deposit for the repair because the manufacturer wasn’t available on the weekend either but it was a small inconvenience to an otherwise great experience. Super

Would have been five stars but the night crew over charged me for work that was not completed, not sure if it was by accident but they forgot to do the airbags and also didn’t complete the radiator hose but charged me for work completed. That when to my surprised the day shift jumped right in to make everything right! First Brook and Ryan at the service counter took control since the service manager was off, they listened to my issues without judgment and informed me the service manager wouldn’t be in til Monday! Bad news I was leaving town the same day and told them I would have to talk with him in the phone next week. I was taking some things off the truck and here comes Cody. He was a Forman in Denver and he took control of the situation. He agreed that the work was not done and assured

I stumbled upon this place via a Truck Trader add and decided to fly out and grab a T680. Thomas was and is the man! He hooked me up with everything before coming out and didn’t even try to force my hand to make the purchase over the phone. A place in CA was demanding I pay in full or I risk losing it to anyone else. Lame! Not this place though! All I had to do was make a small deposit and the truck was reserved for me. Thomas picked me up at the airport, took me out to lunch and dropped me back off at my hotel after everything was sealed up and ready to roll. He let me bring in a mechanic to run through the truck with me and the few items the mechanic found were fixed in under 24 hours. This place is a life saver being open 24 / 7 is very convenient. The gentlemen at the service desk were very helpful and had a great attitude. Thanks gents!!! Oh I was able to install the lateral control rod took me 3 1/2 hours but its in!!! Lol

Im an owner operator. So Im very picky about my truck and trailer. But Adam and Josh both worked on my truck. These guys are real mechanics, not just parts changers. I was in and out the next day. I had read old reviews and was skeptical about letting them work on it, but I'm glad I did. They went above and beyond to make it perfect and save me money. Great job
