MHC Kenworth - South Fort Worth

I brought my truck here a 2022 T680. Prices were reasonable and work was done in a timely manner. I had a parts related issue while on the road and called to see if MHC would stand by their work. The answer is yes, I talked to Samantha in service and she handled everything with a high level of professionalism. I will definitely come back if I ever need work done and I’m in the area.

Horrible sales staff. Made deposit on truck to purchase and everything seemed fine for about an hour and all of a sudden someone else had made deposit after I did but because paperwork was not submitted in time they sold to other individual. Poor way to do business in my opinion. My opinion, I was paying cash with no financing needed and moment I let them know that all of sudden there is another buyer. That's fine though just buyer beware, I personally will never deal with this location again.

First they tell me to bring it in so they can right on it. I checked the next afternoon and it was still sitting where I left it. None of them are on the same page. We bring a truck in to have checked out and explain to them what it is doing so they could check out everything. They called and said it was ready, I asked what was done and the did the bare minimum and didn’t check everything. So I proceeded to tell him if he could go and check other things and he stated yes. Drove by the following day and it was sitting back outside. And frustrating when you go up there and ask about your truck and everyone is just standing around talking.
