MHC Kenworth - Van Buren

Bought a Brand New truck, really should have gone somewhere else, a different KW dealer. I asked them to take out some cabinets and shelves. I asked what's behind them? They assured me that it was finished. They are a day late and way short of the mark. I show up and the entire area behind the passenger seat where I asked them to remove the shelves is open to the insulation, big hole going back to the space under the bunk. Not what I was hoping for. A week later, after MHC had seen my review I did get a call asking what they could do to make it better. I had gotten everything I needed to patch the holes and cut it to fit. Very friendly staff. Nice waiting lounge. They got me fixed in just a few hours and I waited to write the review to make sure the job was done right and it most certainly was. I’m so very happy my company sent me here. Definitely recommend them.

Over priced dealer charging 10 x over on parts. $200 for 1 wiper arm.
