After picking up this brand new KW from the factory lot, I was told to bring it to RoadReady for hub / lug covers to be installed. I didn't check the passenger side when they gave it back but after getting it home I noticed Both rear covers were dented by improper installation. This should not have been acceptable by your techs and shame on me for trusting a tech to not screw up the simplest of tasks. Staff was otherwise very friendly.

Nice place. Truck entrance is first driveway on left then immediate right to the dock. Again, dock looks deceiving but you got plenty room. Good luck! Nice people fast unload.
The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, the guy that brought the truck out to the ramp was rude and very short with me, even if your broker says no driver load or unload they lied you are loading the truck yourself with no help at all
