Michael Williams Body Works

I take pride in my vehicle. I own a 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and it was involved in a accident in July. I called my insurance company and Williams body work was one of their “preferred” body shops. I advise anyone who is in a accident to use another company. I got my vehicle back from Williams and I regret ever bringing it there. They completely ignored a broken exhaust flange, Thad happened in ths accident and now my car sounds lke a Honda that has its catalytic converter removed. They threw on the cheaper pads and rotors from orielys that now my vehicle when breaking squeaks!!! But the worst of it all is my freaking door jam!!!! Williams Body Works is top-notch! They have been my go-to over the years anytime someone has hit one of my cars, and each time, they have provided quick, professional service. When my 9-day-old new car was run into, they were quick to take care of things, but made sure not to rush it, so my car came back to me as pristine as when I first picked it up from the dealership. To be honest I was hesitant about taking my truck here due to some of the comments. The shop is very close to my house so I decided to just call and figure out for myself why some of these comments were so bad. I am very glad I did. I spoke to Pat for a while and she made me feel comfortable enough to take a chance. After meeting her in person and looking over the damage to my truck I decided this was the place! Great job guys. My car was in an accident. I went to several body and paint shops before choosing Williams Body Shop. I walked into the shop and was greeted from by the owner, Michael Williams. He gave me an estimate quickly and stated the car would be completed within 7 to 10 days. It was completed early and the paint job was absolutely beautiful! My car doesn't even look like it was wrecked. I received great customer service and a job well done. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone needing a repair. I was completely stressed when searching for a body repair shop as this was my first involvement in an accident. I researched the reviews on the select shops for State Farm and some were complete horror stories. I later found Williams Body Works since they were within close proximity to my home and were listed under select shops for State Farm. They had incredibly wonderful reviews so I decided to try them. The reviews were truly on point. From the beginning to the very end, the service was courteous, professional and the repair job was absolutely wonderful! My car looked great and there was no indication whatsoever that it had been in a accident. I highly recommend Williams Body Works and will definitely use their services again if needed.
