What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. They turned a major headache and misfortune into a genuinely pleasant experience. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with sympathy and respect. The car was going to take over a week, which was much sooner than the dealership could do, and had special rate for a car rental. The shop arranged an appointment to pick up the rental and the option to leave it at the shop when it was finished. When I picked up the repaired car, it actually looked nicer than before the accident! You can tell the people here are detail oriented. It’s the small things that really stood out. The interior of the car was immaculate, which matched the outside. Some of the rims were scratched up from when I had first purchased the car and they buffed them. Eve

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Michael’s Auto Body Shop. They repainted the hood on my Saab 9-3 Convertible, and it came out looking absolutely brand new—perfect color match and flawless finish. What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond by touching up the fender as well, which made the whole car look amazing again, not just the hood. To top it all off, when I picked up the car it had been fully detailed inside and out, which was a fantastic surprise and really showed how much pride they take in their work. Fantastic experience! I came in for a very small bumper clip issue, and they took care of it. Bob was incredibly helpful and fixed it in literally 2 minutes and at no charge. No upselling, no pressure, just genuinely helpful and honest service. I will definitely come back and recommend them to others.

I had an amazing experience with Michael's Auto Body! My car was ready earlier than expected, which was such a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout the entire process, and they even coordinated a rental car for me, making everything so easy. When I picked up my car, it felt like new - absolutely spotless! To top it all off, they even gave me a box of cookies. Such a thoughtful touch! I can’t recommend Michael’s Auto Body enough.

The entire staff at Michael’s are the best. They left my car feeling like new and delivered it earlier than promised. Dropped it off on a Monday, they estimated a week and had it ready 3 days later. They even threw in a box of Girl Scout cookies. Most auto body shops I’ve worked with overpromise and underdeliver but this is the opposite. They went above and beyond and I’ll be coming back for future auto repairs
