Shop was recommended by a friend and fellow car enthusiast. I brought my 370z in for some clutch trouble last week and Roger & Luis went above and beyond to figure out the problem. Initially, it was just the pedal assembly, but ended up needing all new hydraulics. After the work was done, (new master & CSC) they even went as far as letting me take the car home for a few days to test drive and make sure everything checked out. Wouldn’t even accept payment until they were sure I was 100% satisfied! I’m very picky about where I take my vehicles, especially the Z since it’s not a daily driver. These guys do high quality, on-time work and are priced very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!

Lewis was recommended to me by a friend and NE Autolab was exactly what I expected. His quote was priced fairly, the performed the work fast and no surprises. They installed new tires on my wife's Nissan Rogue. Would recommend for sure.

This is hands down the best auto repair shop in the area. Louis and Roger are the most honest and transparent mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve saved me thousands of dollars over the years. Not only is their work top notch and fairly priced, but they have only recommended repairs and maintenance when it’s absolutely necessary. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about many of their competitors. Highly recommend them!

I heard of Northeast Autolab from a friend who has used them for years. He told me if I was looking for a shop who is honest, fair and does great work to go see them. I just recently did (we needed some internal engine work done) and I can't say enough good things about them. They were pleasant, gave a quote, did the job when promised and now the vehicle is now running great!

This is my go-to mechanic for the past four years. Their service is fast and reliable. They've always done the right thing the first time and never tried to scam me for unnecessary work like other mechanics. Over the years, they've done clutch replacement, spark plug replacement, full strut replacement, s belt replacement, brake light replacement, and more on my 2007 Scion tC. I trust them completely and will return here for anything until I no longer live in Massachusetts.
