Rubén and the whole crew at Michael's Car Care are amazing. I don't trust any other shop in the entire LA County area as much as I trust them. Their integrity, fair pricing, and fair assessment is like none other in the area. Highly recommend.

Michael has helped me, a senior citizen, a lot these past 2 years. Very understanding, giving me a good price for the work. It saddens me that I have to write this review. His brother Albert recently fixed the axles on the car, with a great price from Michael, and it turns out Albert was furious because of the price quoted to me. Michael came to me and said the car was ready, BUT, he reported that the breaks now needed repair. I told him that that should have been done 2 months ago when he did the 90,000 mile service; Michael blushed. As I drove out of the lot my brakes squeaked miserably. No doubt Albert's doing.

Expect to pay premium prices but Ruben is the most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with. You pay premium for premium service, he will be honest about everything. Good mechanic!

Good honest mechanic. Prices are average and similar to other shops, but his work and staff is very good and above the rest.
