If you can avoid this guy do so, I called him for semi truck repair. He waisted 4 hours on a headlight, I’m guessing to make hours because he charges per hour. After all that he refused to collet the payment with credit, debit, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal, after arguing with me and yelling that he’s a veteran multiple times he hung up the call and threatened to call the police, dot and tow truck. I called the police and they told him that he can’t tow the truck, because as a business he should be able to collect the payment in the normal debit credit etc. At the end I had to drive 2 hours all the way were my driver was and get cash to pay this guy. Our RV broke down and they sent a service technician to us. Great service. He came and said it looks like the alternator and jump the batteries enough that we were able to drive the few miles to their shop. Once there they called a few hotels in the area and found one that would take us and our 3 big dogs. Then they drove us to the hotel! Above and beyond customer service. Called for a flat tire on interstate. He was very polite but explained to me he only works on 18 wheelers. I told him I had a infant with me and he made a exception and came out and put my spare tire on and would not accept a dime. He told me to pass it on later in life

We needed road side repair for our semi truck and Mike was very polite, quick to respond and he got our truck up and running. I highly recommend him for your service needs.
