The service here was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The car we were looking at got snagged but he found us another that we were happy with and then right before we did the paperwork he found the EXACT vehicle we really wanted. Amazing all of it. From the people to the service 10000% recommend.

Got a 2010 subaru outback from them. They were accommodating and helpful. Appreciated that they had the history of service for the car. Did say in the ad that it has Bluetooth connectivity but it does not. Not the end of the world though, I am planning on getting a sound system installed and I will just get a new head until with Bluetooth with it. After taking it home the trunk latch stopped working which is common with this year and car. Talked to vik about it and they helped me out with it no problem. Very happy with the service. They are great people. Shout out to Chuck! Man knows his stuff and I recommend anyone in the area to go there with any car issue!

I can’t speak highly enough about the friendliness of the owner and the rest of the staff but the praise stops there. I bought a 2014 Ford Escape 3 months ago and I’m already selling it for parts. The transmission went out on me, leaving me stranded, there is a stuck brake caliper and the water pump is leaking. I don’t think the vehicle was thoroughly checked out by a mechanic before putting it up for sale. I should have been more careful. Now I’m out $6000.00 and have no way to get to work.

I moved to WV 10/23 and needed to get an oil change and an inspection. I went to the shop across the street and was treated very poorly. I was asked if I was new to the shop? When I said yes, I was told they had to take care of their existing customers. I asked when can I get an oil change and inspection?
