I have been using Melvin and Michel Auto Cares for the past 20 years for all our vehicles and Melvin and his staff have been nothing but professional. He has helped get our vehicles back on the road so many times when we were in a bind. I never hesitate to recommend Michel Auto Cares to my clients, friends and family.

I went into the office to collect my truck which had the door latch fixed and I sat there while the mechanic sat talking on the phone about dove hunting. He didn’t look at me or speak to me. After several minutes I got up and went to check my truck. When I came back into the office the owner asked what I wanted. I told him about his rude mechanic who was still yacking on the phone and he did not apologize for the lack of customer service. Very rude people, I will not use them again.

Melvin was great and friendly. Service was good. 10/10 recommend.

Just had another positive experience at Michel Auto Cares. Melvin and his team took time to diagnose the complex problem with my Explorer, and only recommended services that were necessary. For the first 25 years of car ownership, I did all my own repairs, so I know what an auto shop should be like. Afterward, I tried a few shops, and had bad experiences. Then I found Michel's and I have 100% confidence in them. They always do a quality job at a fair price. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.
