I brought back a refurbished battery because it was leaking acid. They would not replace. I shared with my mechanic and he said that he has heard of this being an ongoing problem with this place. All they had to do was replace a leaking battery and I would continue to go back and probably would have ended up buying batteries for years from them. They didn't see the big picture I guess. I won't go back

Stopped in and got what we needed right away. In and out in less than five minutes!! Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

My van's battery was not reliable and one of the connections was loose. I stopped in at Michiana Battery with no appointment. Despite being a busy time, Carter immediately came to inspect the problem, and I was all set to go within ten minutes. Prompt service with a very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend Michiana Battery!

I wouldn't recommend going to them they use to be my first pick they sold me a bad battery i was told by 3 different people,i was a week out of warranty and they wouldn't honor me a replacement when they sold me a bad battery!!Honest people would replace when it was their mistake!!!!
