Mickey's Auto Detail

I requested just an interior detail of my little hatchback car (excluding the trunk since that stays utilitarian), and they did a great job shampooing and vacuuming everything else for $100 in 3 hours. I’m very pleased with the service. Thank you Micky’s!

Mickey or whoever the manager is here ripped my seat during cleaning and failed to take responsibility for it. This is completely unacceptable. I know they did it because they insisted on removing the seat to clean, which I was not enthused about. What a joke that the guy blamed it on wear and tear. Cracking and drying is wear and tear — not a full-on rip. I don't know why they are so highly reviewed. In addition to this they even missed two spots that I didn't even bring up because I was so focused on trying to get reimbursed to the damage to the seat. Please don't bring your cars here, folks. Any damage will simply be blamed on "wear and tear." Pathetic.

BE PREPARED TO WAIT. Even if you have an appointment, you will still wait. I'm not even sure what an appointment does because my car wasn't worked on until 45 minutes after my appointment. Also the location is skeeeeeetchy and dumpy. But prices are good, most (not all) of the people are friendly and they do a pretty good job. My car had some acidified bug splatter that couldn't be removed, which the guy told me about after I was inspecting the car. I appreciated that he told me that. I tipped the employees. Total time spent 2hrs. Yikes!

This is the only place we take our cars to be detailed and have done so for years. They do an amazing job, our cars look new and they are wonderful people.
