The Auto Doctor

This isn't auto doctor anymore, the auto doctor sign isn't even advertised on the building. Went in for an oil change $92 and a headlight replacement $85 and told them the headlight is corrosive and they replaced literally just the highbeams and failed to mention anything about not fixing the headlights at all my original issue. They did take me in right away only because an appointment cancelled on them [I wonder why?] So now its clear my service was just a desperate fill in. This "newer" place is living and scraping off the number and goodwill of the old "auto doctor."

Hate doing this. I have had good service in past and the woman who works the front is awesome. However I just spent 350.00 on my vehicle and nothing was repaired. The issue was either misdiagnosed or a mistake. The part to ultimately fix it was 350.00. Google search showed part was online for 60.00. I dont mind up charges for parts that's how they stay in business but that's a huge difference. Napa has same part listed at 188.00. Also my window which worked perfect is now off the track and they quoted me 400.00for the part to fix it. Again part is 65.00 online and the lady at the counter said I could buy it online cheaper. I at this point just paid the 361.00 for money I owed. I pick up my vehicle now with a window that is not working and no fix for my original issue. Doesn't feel good. Ag

I have been servicing all of my five vehicles at Auto Doctor and I have been very happy working with them for quite a few years. From doing basic maintenance to replacing my commercial vehicle transmission. excellent people to work with and very honest and transparent. I have done my auto repairs with Tom for as long as I can remember . It’s a place that you can trust in to do the right thing . His lead mechanic Matt is a top shelf mechanic an auto repair genius and with the addition to there second mechanic Chris it’s a well oiled machine.the front counter lady Kim is always great to deal with very good at her job . The auto doctor is highly recommended bye me . Thank you for the excellent service and always helping me out when I need it. You can’t put a price on honesty and quality work

Matt and Kim really helped us out! Our car needed a battery replacement and they were able to squeeze us in a day earlier than we had it scheduled. Once our car was there, it was finished within an hour or so. Prompt and professional service! Much appreciated.
