I was reminded of a project I did on my wife’s car recently and I wanted to share my “version of crazy.” My wife had a flamboyant colored car and I told her that that color is over the top enough she needed matching wheels. So we searched the internet and came up with “Automotive Touch Up” by Microfinish. Ordered a couple cans and some clear and got to work! Their website was easy to find the right color and the paint matched amazingly.

Absolutely love their paint. Goes on easy and matches VERY well to original color. I have both a 99 and a 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ's and the colors I have received look AWESOME. No photos just yet as they are both "under construction" but the pieces I have painted look brand new.

Easy to use, great results. I would recommend that you read the online directions before placing an order, because you will likely need more product than you realize to do the job properly. Color matched well and spray paint goes on smoothly and uniformly without running. Tape lines will show up, so avoid them by applying the paint according to the directions. If you do choose to paint a smaller area by taping off areas, then you can minimize the noticeablity of it by making your tape lines follow the natural body lines. All in all, I was pleased with the outcome and would use again when needed.

I always go with Automotive touchup knowing the color match is good but this shipment took so long to arrive I forgot I ordered it. Priced high for one oz. Of product. Packaged well. Thinking this might be a China knock off due to long transit and microfinish name but logo appears identical.

Easy to find the right paint choice, great information on extras like primer and clear coats and steps to take. No pressure to buy more than you need or items you don’t really need. Great product all around. I got quotes from paint shops between $200-250 and I primed (x3 coats) painted (x4 coats) and clear coated (x4 coats) it for about $75
