Craig and his team are awesome guys and I am very happy to have discovered this place. I had a transmission replaced last February and just had some problems with it again a little less than a month outside of the warranty. They fixed it for me at no charge. Honesty and integrity go a long way with me and these gentlemen proved to me that they will have my business for life and I will make sure I tell everyone I know about the great service!

My Transmission went out on my pickup truck. Or at least I thought it did. The first shop I went to told me we were going to have to do a whole rebuild. When I talked to Craig and explained everything he told me the other guys are skipping steps. Said there is no way other shops should be quoting yet without checking everything first. Craig also let me know that he wouldn’t sell me sunshine and daydreams. He said that it could be over $3k for the whole rebuild if it needed it. He also told me that he was not the cheapest, just the most honest. I prepared for the worst. You could imagine my relief when I get the call letting me know the damage. It was the transmission cooling lines only. After tax, it would be under $400. They could have tried to take advantage of me like the other shops, b

These guys are amazing! They were $700 more affordable than the next closest garage! They even did extra work for faulty part that was not their fault for free. I really appreciated the transparency and awesome service. Do not go anywhere else!

My rearend on my truck went out & I got stuck on the highway heading west. I'm very happy that I got towed to this shop. They are all very friendly, Craig was hospitable to my dogs & I. They had my truck up as soon as the parts were dropped off and Dale was open to my questions. I would highly recommend Mid-America Transmission & Auto Centers.

I highly recommend this shop to everyone, as they towed and repaired my granddaughter's transmission when another place had it, and wanted to put in a used transmission with more miles on it then her car. They wanted 3 times the amount too. The car was fixed in a day and a half with free towing and diagnosis. Craig is a man of his word.
