Definitely a 10/10 experience! I needed a car FAST and I was able to get on the first buyers program quick even with my whack credit score. They got me a cheap car note and an even cheaper insurance! Midcity Auto in Haltom City, TX has some of the worst communication I’ve experienced. They do not return calls or follow up with customers, and when you finally reach out to them, the excuse is always that they’re “too busy.” Being busy is not an excuse for ignoring customers—communication is part of doing business. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, this is something to seriously consider before dealing with them.
