Excellent customer service! I walked in full of questions which were answered right away. When I was ready to purchase an alternator they not only were able to get it here quicker than anywhere else... They also had the best price! They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them !!

Please call Mr. Rick to service your vehicle for electrical services, alternators, lawnmower repair etc. After being told that my truck could not be repaired because the part was hard to find, (Suzuki) that was frustrating to hear. After calling around another repair shop told me about Mid State Electrical. I spoke with Mr. Rick, he was very understanding and patient with me while explaining my problem. He re-wired my truck, and repaired it. This is an awesome company. I would give him 10 stars. Thank you Mr. Rick!

Been several years since last used them to fix electric motor on a hydraulic dump bed pump. Did a great job, reasonable pricing, even made me a schematic since he had to change the solenoid to something more rugged and higher capacity. Called me a few days later to make sure all ok...and it was (and still is...use the dump bed all the time). Highly recommended.

AMAZING customer service. We first took our car to the dealer as we were afraid to drive too far with the noise it was making. The dealer gave us a huge misdiagnosis (said it was a cam phaser -- that wasn't even on this truck until 2005 / this was a 98 Ford) we lost confidence. This business was recommended and what a great find this is. These people are honest, focused, listen to what you say and thoroughly check the engine (with a stethescope!!) to diagnose. They fixed the truck in 2 days! for 1/2 the cost dealer estimated. Excellent communication. Nice people. They KNOW what they are doing, they don't just guess!!

Rick fixed my battery terminal problem like a pro never had a problem again. Also helped me order a self regulating Chrysler alternator everyone else said didn't exist! Good man!
