I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer last Wednesday April 21, 2021. So far I am pleased with the vehicle itself and the price I negotiated with them was reasonable. They told me to bring it back for a full detail job this week because it was snowing/raining the day of purchase. So, I took it there today and left it for them to clean up and detail. I picked it up this evening and the vehicle had not been touched inside or out. It looked exactly the same as when I left it there. I will not be doing business with these people again. No integrity.

They left me hanging for TWO days while I was trying to trade my vehicle in, and then when I finally called them to see what’s up on the 2nd day of not knowing, they finally decided to say what’s going on, and then got a NASTY attitude.

They tried to make me pay 32% of a cars value upfront just to charge me 400$ a month

Extremely helpful and honest folks. Even though they didn’t have on the lot what we were after, they took the time to hear our situation and give us solid advice for how to find the car for us.

My husband and I stopped by there because we seen two red tahoes on lot, we pulled in lot got out and looked at both vehicles, nobody came over to see if we need help, there were two guys leaning on truck talking, doing nothing, we drove there, and my husband walked over to them, my he and asked about price, he gave us price, didn't offer us to look at it, didn't ask us anything, I guess he didn't want a sale, or maybe because we are a bi-racial couple, he thought we weren serious. I guess we won't be shopping there or recommending them to anyone.
