Overpriced, grossly incompetent, and rude to boot. I took my car in two weeks ago to have the brakes inspected because I thought they were failing. The lady told me, “No, they’re fine — you have 90% left. Don’t worry about the brakes.” Great. Then she told me I did need a front strut job instead, which I was okay with because I already suspected that would be due based on the mileage. Immediately after leaving the shop, my car started making a horrible scraping sound. Clearly the strut job wasn’t done correctly. I brought it back two weeks later, and the guy said, “Oh, we fired some people and had staff changes…” which completely dodged my question about why my car was making such crazy sounds. I wanted to get my oil changed and have my vehicle inspected before I drove back home. I was offered a discount price for services, and they were able to take care of my vehicle right away. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff! It can be a rarity these days. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Midas for service! They didnt disappoint! They honor their coupons! Offer free inspection without being pushy. They’re fast to get parts in, and fair in labor charges (no charge to install an air filter). Great customer service—it’s refreshing!

This place was awesome! I called in the morning, they saw me the same day and was able to get my car fixed same day and everyone was extremely nice and the service was impeccable. Mike in particular make sure I had all the help I needed, and was very nice when my tow truck got delayed by two hours. I will definitely be coming back here, and I greatly appreciate this place.

If I could give Midas 0 stars, I would. I have taken all five of our vehicles to Midas for the last 5–6 years, but the service and management have gone completely downhill. A simple oil change can’t even be done correctly anymore! This time, after an oil change, I ended up stranded on the side of the road with my check engine light flashing, my oil light flashing, and no oil registering on the dipstick. Both my husband and I checked there was basically no oil in the car. When I called, the phone was picked up and I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Then Renso finally answered, already annoyed with me for calling, and told me to “hold tight” while he arranged a tow. No apology or Acknowledgement of the issue.
