Great service that started with the initial phone call and continued until the job was completed. The price quoted on the phone was the price I paid when the job was done, with no surprises. The tires they sold me were top quality and beat the other dealers prices for the same tire. The shop was able to get me in a very timely manner that was accommodating to my schedule. The job was done in a timely manner, with no issues, I would highly recommend this Midas dealer for any of your motor vehicle service needs.

I a month span I have need several major things fixed within my vehicle. From the very first phone call to the aftercare questions I have conjured up, the people in this location have been phenomenal! They truly care and are upfront on what the issues are and transparent on the prices!

The customer service is so deeply disappointing. My car was supposed to be looked at and it went from "he's pulling it in now and just took the work order from me" to "it's 3 away but I spoke to the tech myself and guarantee answers tomorrow" to the next day being told that "it's on schedule to be seen tomorrow morning". 3 separate lies from 3 separate people, to then be spoken to like I'm stupid for not wanting them to guess and try different solutions while not even being able to figure out the mileage himself. The timeline never mattered because I know it's busy, the lies mattered and were unacceptable. They left ice and slush inside my door on the electrical parts, a final show of utter disrespect for me and their work. Dont waste your money here.

I had an amazing experience at this shop. They were super awesome about getting me scheduled and fixing my car up in a timely manner. Joey is very friendly and helpful and Noah took the extra time to help recover my door code. Will definitely be coming back here for future car needs.

I had a great experience having my oil changed, brakes replaced and other diagnostic issues. Jamir who greeted me was very kind, prepared and friendly. The service was handled quickly, professionally and I was in and out of there in no time. Thanks to the team at Midas!
