Midas

Midas has saved my life and my bank account over the past 2 weeks! After having my car towed and the engine was toast (do NOT buy a Chevy Equinox), they let me keep the car there until I could get it junked. They did phenomenal work on the new car I got, and even counseled me through the purchasing of a new car to ensure I got something reliable. I will be returning for any and all work I need done on my car and recommending everyone do the same!

I had someone who I'm going to guess was new or at least inexperienced do my oil change and my car just broke down all of a sudden. I also had an employee publicly humiliate me over miscommunication. Those are the reasons I can't give 5 full stars. The person who i originally scheduled with, owen, called me about my original review and saw my car same day and made sure it was fixed and also installed the part that was promised to me. I'm still not really confident going back here but they at least stick to their word if called out on it

Had my car worked on and was very happy with the service provided. All of my concerns were addressed thoroughly and taken care of. Thank you for the great service!

Been going to this place for a while. I have never had a bad experience there. I recently had an oil change. The Mechanic noticed the car was cranking slowly. This has been an ongoing problem. I took it back later in the day and told them they could keep it overnight. They called the next day and said that they did many diagnostic tests on it and there was nothing showing up that points to a cause. I picked it up later and they didn't even charge me even though they did a lot of work diagnosing it. Thank You for being honest!

Both service managers are very nice and knowledgeable. Got my car in and out with the work completed perfectly! Thank you Midas of Anderson!
