I came in with a squeaky wheel issue, and Brian saw to it that I was helped immediately. He had a very friendly, helpful attitude and made sure I was kept up to date on the status of my car while it was in the bay. Once my car was finished being inspected, Brian walked me through exaclty what the issue was, what it would take to fix it, and the best price I could get it fixed for. With his helpfullness and all around great personality, Brian made my experience at Midas better than any past experiences at other auto repair shops. Thank you Brian!!

I recently had my battery changed at another company, but the connections got super loose causing my car to intermittently not start today. I called Midas and Brian was able to get me in immediately and the team was able to fix the issue in no time at all! I’ve only ever had good experiences with this location, so I highly recommend for both routine maintenance and emergency needs!

Highly recommend. Both Store Manager Will and Asst. Store Manager Brian are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I was provided excellent product (Continental tires) and service for my Honda Pilot. The cost was very competitive. The whole team went above and beyond to minimize my wait time and waiting area is very comfortable, though I wasn't there long!

He answered the phone with great energy and professionalism, explained everything clearly — from the cost to what the inspection includes — and made the whole process super easy. This is one of the very few shops in the whole Chicago area where their goal is not to rip you off,but by having affordable prices,being professional and having a really humane approach to your issue their goal is to truly help you get back on the road!
