Dropped car off for the 9 am appointment for oil change. Never got a phone call to pick it up, but showed back up at 10:30 and saw the car in the same spot. I thought they must be behind or something. My husband went in and they said it was done. We paid, walked out to the car and I was like, interesting - my seat isn't moved. Cranked the car up, and noticed the maintenance light was still on and there was no sticker on the window. 🤔 I went back in and asked and the guy was like, "oh yeah, the service tech is your height so he wouldn't have moved the seat." He took my keys, I'm guessing he planned to reset the maintenance alert and put a sticker in the window. Great experience on full synthetic oil change and price

Came in for a 9am appointment at 9:30. That was my fault. I was then told that it would be an hour an a half because they put other people in front of me. This is crazy because it's an oil change it should be able to be done in half an hour but ok. It is now 12:32pm and I still haven't left. They don't have the filter for my vehicle in stock so I am still waiting. I need to pick up my child from school!!! Idk how that is possible but I am not satisfied. I will not be back to this location or to this business because they don't respect people's time. I had other things to do today besides wait 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE.
