Had a great experience at Midas, I got a oil change I didn't have to wait long at all. I also bought new tires, Mike and Shane were so helpful and patient with me, ordered me the perfect tire for my vehicle within my price range. They answered all my questions, they were very knowledgeable. Harrison put my new tires on, he was so thorough and did an alignment, 2 test drives, you can tell he takes pride in his work, really cares about perfection. I Highly recommend any female or male but as a female they treated me so respectfully, I will only being going to them from now on. I'm so happy I found a place I can trust with great warranties, pricing and just overal great energy from the whole team. Thank you team Midas of bend. See ya soon.

Mike runs a fantastic shop! On our family vacation, we blew a rear end cover gasket and thought we would be stranded. Mike got us in quick, sourced the parts, and his mechanic John got right to work! He got done 2hrs quicker than promised, they cleaned up the nasty oil mess, and checked all my other fluids to boot! I highly recommend working with these guys if you need quick, quality work in the Bend area!

I wish I had found these guys when I moved to Bend 4 years ago. Micheal and Harrison are amazing car service providers. They have amazing customer service and are super helpful and on top of everything. I went in for an oil change and they found my brakes were low. They offered me $100 off which is awesome during these trying times. When I returned upon further checking they found my brakes were actually okay. They gave me a free oil change for my next visit due to my time. Honestly I was just grateful to have such great service and be able to save the money. Really good service. Dropped my daughters car for an oil change and they do the service and a full inspection in 2 hours. Called with a few things and then installed new windshield wipers for us for free at pickup. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Mike and the team for getting my daughter off to Eugene on time!!

Not just 5 star service, 100 stars! Midas Bend has gone way above and beyond to help my husband and I with our car. With our financial situation the manager has given generous discounts to help us. And same day service when they already have had a full schedule. He also pointed me in the direction of a financing option approved and ran directly through Midas. The first time in was for my brakes and rotors and the second time in was for my alternator and valve covers. Thank you Midas! You're a life saver and we will forever be grateful! Mike and all of the staff are super compassionate, welcoming and knowledgeable. And Mike keeps you updated all throughout the process. From when you drop off, throughout the service all the way til it's time for pickup.
