I had an outstanding experience at this Midas location, and I can’t say enough good things about Tim and his team. I brought in my Tesla after receiving a $7,000 estimate from Tesla for the same repair. Tim took the time to walk me through everything, explain what was actually needed, and Midas quoted $2,100 — less than half the price — for the exact same work. They were incredibly knowledgeable about Teslas, honest, and transparent throughout the process. There was no upselling, no pressure — just straightforward, expert advice and excellent service. The work was done quickly and the car drives perfectly. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise, integrity, and great customer service, especially when it comes to EVs. The staff at Midas is incredible! They never pressure you to spend extra money and the technicians are amazing.The service advisor, Debbie is wonderful as is John the manager.I love the fact that you can make an appointment for an oil change.I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic service. Every employee here is super kind, and they even take the time to thoroughly explain what needs fixing and how they fix it in a way that I can understand. I also really appreciate the status report of the vehicle check they provide. I've been coming here for the past 4 years, cannot recommend them enough!

Came in to check my squeaky brakes. They told me to get new breaks, resurface rotors and alignment for $1400. I asked them how bad are the breaks. Front were 5mm and rear were 7mm. Basically still good. Not very honest people because I had to ask for that information after they tried to convince me to spend $1400. Its less at the dealership. Just did the alignment which I dont feel like I needed either. I do not recommend this place at all. Never coming back. Follow up: after leaving this review, GM leaves me a text message saying he stands by his recommendation and his years of service, all irrelevant to my experience. Continues to lie stating he recommended alignment due to irregular tire wear. The tires are 2 days old. Add very unprofessional to the list.

I would not bring my vehicle anywhere else. They definitely know how to treat customers like family. They certainly don't pad prices. I got a simple assessment, was told what was truly urgent and what could wait.
