I went in with a bad tire, they recommended changing both back ones and less than a week later one of the ones changed is no good. When I went back up there they completely ignored the fact that the tire was low and kept talking about a sensor. The sensors had nothing to do with a “new” tire losing air a week later.

I came into Midas because I was having car issues and was worried it might be something serious. They took the time to check everything, explained what was actually going on, and didn’t try to upsell or overprice me. It turned out to be just an oil change and a usage issue, and they handled it quickly and honestly. The price was very fair, and I really appreciated their transparency and help. I definitely recommend them!

Went in for an oil change and a knocking noise on the front end of my truck that turned out to be worn out sway bar links. Staff were professional and took their time to look at my vehicle and make repairs at a good price. Received a detailed report with pictures on the condition of my truck so that I could understand the repair. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism of the staff starting with the first phone call.

I've been taking my car to Midas for the past year or so, and I've only had positive experiences. I appreciate that the staff always takes the time to explain to me what repairs are matters of safety, and which ones we can circle back to later. Because of that honesty, I never feel pressured into making unnecessary repairs. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, that is really helpful to me, because I am able to make better-informed decisions and I leave knowing that I'm not being taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend servicing your vehicles here!

came in for an oil change and tire rotation because they had a deal going online, they stripped my wheel bearing when rotating my tires and then forced us into an over $300 repair to replace the entire wheel hub, unfortunately everywhere else was quoting me significantly more so i had to let them fix it. i feel that as their error they should’ve only charged for labor at most, even other mechanics i’ve seen after have asked me why i paid them to fix something they broke. they were incredibly aggressive on the phone to get me to fix an oil leak, because they knew it was my girlfriend’s car that since she was working I was having a hard time getting ahold of her to approve repair costs. they tried to strong arm me out of $900 in total but we refused to let them touch anything other than fixi
