Midas

Made an appointment for 10am for an oil change, wiper blades, and some bulbs. Dropped the fleet van off and never heard from them. Called around 3pm and they said they were about to pull it in. Went over at 5:30pm and the van still hasn’t moved from where it was parked originally. Absolutely no communication about time frame or inability to service at that time. I took the van to the Midas on Alexis Rd and they seem to be able to actually manage a schedule and communicate. Will not be returning to this location.

Caleb and his team were super helpful, courteous and generous with their time and efforts. Will definitely be coming back! Great shop in BG!

Caleb is awesome! The splash guard under my car had come loose and they did a quick fix by screwing it back on! Great team and friendly employees at this Midas! Highly recommend this place!

My brother and I were both to get oil changes at the same time, when we dropped one vehicle off they told us it would be about forty five minutes and it was two hours later , and they still weren't done. So my brother took his to valvoline and got his oil change done , and we were both home about the same time.
