I highly recommend the Midas in Bremerton! I inquired about setting up an appointment to have my brakes looked at and Brian was able to set me up with an appointment within the same week. He explained the brake inspection process to me and was very respectful. On the day of my appointment, the technician took my vehicle in right at my appointment time and did a great job inspecting my brakes. Brian brought me into the bay to allow me to see the condition of my brakes for myself and also sent me a detailed inspection report of different areas of my vehicle with pictures included of the brakes/rotors that needed to be replaced. They were able to have the parts delivered within minutes to the shop and then replaced all of my brakes in just under a few hours. I was very impressed with the tech

Excellent service! I had a flat tire and they were able to fit me in even though it was near closing. They repaired and installed the tire and even put the spare back underneath. All for a very reasonable price. Top notch service. Would highly recommend!

Went and got my coolant flushed, cleaned and refilled on my 2016 jeep grand Cherokee. Cheapest place to do so when their competitor just down the road had quoted me $50 more for the same job. They were fast, efficient, honest and very friendly! I will be back!
