From start to finish, my first visit was excellent, and we left with a really positive impression. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, providing clear photos and thorough service to ensure our vehicle stays safe on the road. Robert, the manager, went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Even with only one technician handling oil changes, the team delivered without compromising quality. A special shoutout to El, the technician who worked on my car they were detail-oriented, efficient, and incredibly thorough. What could have been an hour-long wait was wrapped up in just about 25 minutes! The shop itself was clean and upbeat (loved the music videos), which made the time pass quickly. Overall, it was a smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant experience.

Horrible Customer Service, giving false information over the phone, was told they can take me in right away, drove 25min to get told it’ll be 2 hour wait for an oil change. With one person in the lobby and 2 cars getting serviced. Says he’s the only one that answers, and he didn’t say that. So I call the number again in front of him and the phone rings. Ridiculous.

I went in for an oil change, but they told me I needed a serpentine belt replacement. After paying, my card was declined, which was false. I used another card and was charged twice. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told to contact corporate, who promised to resolve the issue—but they never did. Essentially, they stole $87 from me. The corporate office never reached out, nor did the manager or accountant. I had to go to my bank to get a refund. I also took my car to the dealership, which confirmed that it was not the serpentine belt that needed replacing but the alternator. These people are inexperienced, dishonest, and will try to overcharge you for any work they claim is necessary. They will lie about repairs to extract more money and then double charge, refusing to refund you

I just wanted to give this store and employees some love! I was greeted promptly and costs were clear from the start. They walked me out and showed me any concerns they had with my car and gave me peace of mind. Ive never had a better experience getting an oil change. In and out in 30 minutes too! Every employee there was 10 out of 10 stars. I will refer family and friends! Give all those guys a raise!

Damon and Jimmy help me out today and I’m happy with my service. My time there was quick & I enjoyed the energy of this Midas. It’s their newest store in the Austin area so it’s super clean and nice. If you need some professionals in the mechanic world this is the place! I will be coming back!
