Midas

I visited Midas at 2086 Marlton Pike E in Cherry Hill, NJ, on 11/21/2025, around 3:30 PM. The service manager, Quinton, was very professional and helpful. I came in for an oil change and ended up waiting over an hour. Quinton checked on the status of my vehicle and was very courteous. However, my experience was marred by some staff interactions. I asked a staff member named Chris, who was behind the service desk, if I could use my Groupon. He rudely told me no. Later, when I spoke with Quinton about using my Groupon, he kindly approved it. While Quinton was processing my payment, Chris approached and asked what he was doing. He then recounted the situation and said, “I just told her no she can’t use it,” as if I were a child. I had a horrible experience at this shop. I brought my car in for an oil change, early in the morning while there were no other cars being worked on. They drove my car into the shop very soon after I arrived. However, I watched the staff inside the shop, do everything except for start working on the oil change. For 45 minutes straight, they laughed, sat and talked. It wasn’t until I asked the associate at the desk if they would be done soon because I had to leave to get my daughter from school. He checked and came back saying they’d start on it now…. There was no communication, no explanation, and no respect for my time. To make matters completely worse, after my car was finished and brought around, I was called to the desk to pay. My remainder total (after using a Groupon) was $24.73. I

My husband and I had our vehicle serviced at Midas of Cherry Hill. Greg was amazing as he was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He gave us great information and had our vehicle serviced in a timely manner. He was extremely professional and very easy to work with. Based on the service we received we will definitely take our vehicle back for any necessary maintenance!

I called and asked to get an oil change. They were so friendly and said come on in. The gentleman awesome notice I had food and said feel free to use two chairs and make a table. Really nice crew inside this Midas

Gregg walked me through everything they noticed during my car inspection while getting an oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job fining any issue and also Gregg did an amazing job explaining in detail any concerns he saw on my car. I’ve been here before, had a great experience and that’s why I came back. I couldn’t recommend the Midas marlton location enough.
