I was looking for an honest shop and this location, and David (manager), came recommended. I came assuming certain work needed to be done. Ball joints was one of those things. David could have just sold me the ball joints job, especially since I believed it may be needed, but he did not. He was honest and told me those were fine and even gave me the option to opt out of other work since it wasn't as bad as I expected. Then he gave me a discount. I appreciate the honesty. Honesty doesn't make your ride run smoothly though, quality does. Well their work was just that as well...good quality. I highly recommend and will be back myself. UPDATE: I had to go back the next day after hearing some rubbing during braking. They found a physical problem (not a workmanship issue) with one of the rear

This was my 1st time here after speaking to Steven last week on the phone for a quote. The staff was kind and prompt. Their prices were reasonable for a synthetic oil change and alignment with a 1 year warranty.

Yesteryear customer service was top notch here . I absolutely recommended them to others & made a point of going out of my way for many years to use this location driving past other Midas locations & a lot of competitors. There has been a significant & noticeable change in service levels. It’s now hit or miss depending on their mood regardless who helps you at the front desk. It’d almost be tolerable if there were no other options, but with so many choices in this competitive industry striving to earn repeat business this location no longer stands out in the crowd.

I drive a BMW X5M. I love my car. I don’t like the quality of the dealer service north of Houston. So I started looking and I came across this fabulous place for just about everything that my X5M needs. Josh is a superb manager and Shane is one of the best techs that I have worked with in Texas. These Guys are honest and they are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business.
