Willy and crew were absolute heroes today on short notice, on a weekend. We were traveling from Columbus to South Dakota when we hit snow. Unknown to us at the time, out 10 month old tires had worn badly and were completely bald. Willy was able to get us in and taken care of quickly. He had tires in stock, was super transparent and helpful, gave us food options while we waited and saved our trip. Cannot give these guys enough praise. If you’re ever in a tight spot and need help, come here. They have your back!

The techs were very friendly and top notch. You can tell they enjoy serving their customers. They did my tire rotation and adjusted my aftermarket exhaust tips without question and didn’t charge extra for the adjustment.

I don't leave many reviews. I'm not that tech-savvy. However, I want to give a shout out to the Midas here in Crawfordsville. I went into the store on thursday to get an estimate for tires and they helped me pick the right tire for my truck. Friday evening I went back to get the tires. They were so nice and helpful and they got me in that day. They also give a veteran's discount. I highly recommend Midas shop for your automotive needs

Great customer service. My car had constant clicking noise from my sway bars and the team was helpful and showed me what was wrong with the coolant leak after inspection and was able to replace my radiator and sway bars faster than I expected. I brought in my car around 8 a.m. and got it back by 3:30 p.m. Ronald had a great attitude and was understanding and helped me through the process of financing and what needed to be repaired.

I'm very pleased with the service provided. I am impressed. But wait! On my second visit...I had my rear brakes repaired annnnnd...again...I received GREAT service! Jeremiah and Willie, were excellent to work with. They provided professional service in a timely manner. Good stuff!! Oh, and The Midas guarantee covers pads and brakes..such a sweet bonus. Thanks guys!!
