I booked an oil change and tire rotation online and received a confirmation email, but the shop had no record of it when I arrived. While I appreciate the team still fitting me in, the process took significantly longer than expected, and the tire rotation wasn't completed as requested. I'd recommend calling to verify your slot rather than relying on their online system. A little more communication regarding the schedule and appointment details would go a long way!

Not enough stars for this Midas location and I can't compliment Zach enough! --- I stopped in with no appt and in two hours, got a full inspection and engaging, knowledgeable discussions with Zach regarding all the pricing, labor, parts, and budgetary recommendations, all clearly based on his highly comprehensive vehicle maintenance knowledge and experience. If you're looking for a shop that operates with complete transparency and provides a truly positive customer service experience, this is the place.
