I had a really great experience at Midas and wanted to share in case anyone is looking for an honest, reliable place to bring their car. I called to see if they could fit me in for a state inspection, and they were able to get me in just a couple of hours after I called. That alone was a huge relief because inspections can sometimes be a hassle to schedule. The process from start to finish was smooth and stress-free. I had an amazing experience at Midas thanks to Scott! He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. He explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything, and made the whole visit quick and easy. It’s rare to find someone so honest and helpful I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
I had a car inspection appointment and was happy to see them take my car right back and get started. Isaac was very friendly and informative as to what was needed. He took the time to show me specifics. I feel confident in recommending this place to others.
My wife and I came over here from the Whitehall store. Scott took great care of us this time around, and Issac always makes sure the store right by us. Whenever I bring the car in, he is always transparent about what is crucial, what can wait a while longer. Excellent service and communication.
Awesome job! Called for an appointment and they took me in the next day and got it taken care of in the timeframe and budget they quoted.
