I had a great experience at Midas Auto Service. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what my car needed without any pressure or upselling. The work was done efficiently, pricing was fair, and my vehicle was ready when promised. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop you can actually trust. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs, and I highly recommend this Midas location to anyone looking for reliable service.

Scott and the team were so helpful. I have been having issues with getting my tires off for months. The tire lock key stripped and have been trying to find a way to get them off. Midas was able to help without causing any additional issues and worked with me so I could FINALLY get new tires as mine were BALD. Will definitely be returning and would recommend the Ellicott City location to anyone

I had a great experience at Midas Ellicott City. I originally went to another shop to service several drivetrain fluids, but they were not able to handle the PTU fluid on my vehicle. That’s when I came to Midas. The team was knowledgeable and able to complete the PTU fluid service. They clearly explained the work and took the time to answer my questions, which I really appreciated. The service was professional, transparent, and done as expected. Based on this experience, I’ll be coming back to Midas for future fluid services and other preventive maintenance. Thank you to the team for the excellent service.

Update 1/17/26: I really hate that I found this place right before I’m moving to Georgia. I have been searching high and low to find someone to help me change my tag light. I had got it started but couldn’t get the cap off. I stopped back pass this amazing establishment and Max got it done in 2.5 seconds and asked for nothing in return. This place is about community. I’m truly gonna miss them. —- this establishment is beyond amazing. The customer service is truly through the roof. I actually left another shop, Auto Obsessions (never go there), and ended up finding this beautiful place instead. Honestly, I’m glad things went wrong there, because I would’ve never discovered these incredible people. They don’t nickel-and-dime you or try to squeeze money out of you for every little thing. Th

They got me in and out in a reasonable time, and my car has been running smoother ever since. Pricing felt fair and the communication was solid from start to finish.
