I was a dedicated customer but left due to previous management not treating me professionally! I decided to go to Monroe, but decided to get a second opinion on a situation with my car. I went back to Midas and was surprised that it was under new management and was relieved by the pleasantness of engagement with the manager! Upon arriving, I was already amazed and felt welcomed! The honesty and fact that they have cameras and pictures that show what was done and what the car looks like and things that needs to be done; was astounding. Jimmy Gonzalez did an amazing job on my car and it rides so smooth and it turned out that the reason that made me return to Midas; wasn’t in fact a problem at all! Thank you!!!!!!

The manager at this Midas, Gervais Barger, truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He always makes sure you’re not overpaying for services while also clearly caring about and supporting his employees. Today, I brought my car in after being rear-ended because a piece of my bumper needed to be zip-tied. Even though this shop doesn’t do body work, Gervais didn’t hesitate for a second. He helped me out immediately and had it fixed in under five minutes. He is consistently professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. This experience also speaks volumes about the culture and climate of this shop—I felt comfortable bringing my car in even for something they don’t normally handle, knowing I’d be taken care of. ***AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS*** I brought my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek here last year for a break job and rear hub/bearing replacement. It cost me just under $2000 for 4 (premium) brakes and the hub assemblies. Within a week or two (I think it was less) of getting the brakes done, the new discs were fully rusted and I had a squealing sound coming from one of my wheels. I brought it back in and they said the technician had forgotten to tighten something down in the front right wheel. I was told thst the discs are made to rust, which I gave the benefit of the doubt on. Fast forward 6-8 months, my car is making a noise very similar to when my rear hubs went, figuring it was my front this time having not had them done, I took it back to Midas.
