Ali and Fred were amazing! It's been quite a while since I've received such GREAT customer service. They treated me with respect and were extremely thoughtful. I added additional services that I would normally get elsewhere. I purchased 4 tires I intended to get at Costco. The price was great and I felt confident in their trustworthiness. I'm a skeptical customer and always watch out for lies and deceit, especially with mechanics and car salespeople. I have now found my go-to brakes, tires and overall mechanic. Ali and Fred are ROCKSTARS in my book!!!
