The customer service here was truly exceptional. Mike has such a beautiful soul and instantly made me feel like I had come to the right place. Even though he was completely swamped, he still took the time to squeeze me in, which meant so much to me. That level of care and kindness is rare, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Customer Service was great! Overall pleasant experience. Mike was pleasant to chat with and was reassuring throughout my time there. Their mechanic Lee was also great. Fixes with Car issues & noise were noticeably gone. Definitely coming back!!!

I came in for a battery swap on a very cold day. My jeep was on its last leg( all lights on dash)These guys got me in and out in under 20 mins. Huge thank you for great customer service and a quick turnaround

TJ was a gracious Midas assistant service manager. He's friendly and knowledgeable to talk with. He makes you feel at ease. I love the shops appearance as well as the giant window for you to view everything being done to your vehicle. This was my first time at this location however I use midas in Columbus ga often. I was appreciative of how swift and thorough they were. Thank you midas team in Fayetteville ga. I will be back in the future.
