I had a great experience at this shop. The staff was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell or pressure me. It’s really hard to find a trustworthy place to get your car serviced these days, and I’m genuinely happy I found this one. The work was done right, pricing was fair, and I left feeling confident about my car. Highly recommend!
Five stars for Midas Frederick! I came in for a rotor replacement and they did a fantastic job. Quick turnaround, fair pricing, and very professional staff. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.
I had an amazing experience at Midas. The staff is very knowledgeable, and both the front desk guy and lady were incredibly friendly and helpful. On Sunday, I went to MR Tire Auto Service on West Patrick Street for a tail light issue and they quoted me almost $300. Since Midas was closed that day, I had no choice. But today I visited Midas, and because I’m a regular customer, they checked it right away and fixed the issue in just 5 minutes didn’t even charge me for it! I truly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and great customer service. Highly recommend Midas!
I have been using Midas for a while and the reason I keep going back is the customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Lindsay and David are the easiest staff I have ever dealt with. They care about their customers and make sure you are happy and answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your vehicle. Thank you again for always being there for any car problems that I have had and I will definitely be back!!
I came in because I was hearing noise in front under the hood of my car by the pulley I dropped it off and heard back the same day that the serpentine belt and water pump needed to be replaced and a flush was needed they got the parts and it was ready for pick up the next morning thank you Lindsay and Midas team thank you for your honesty and hard work fixing my car my car running better no noise and drives smoother was referred by Mike from Walmart in Frederick I def found my auto shop to go to thanks again
