Antonio was very professional, friendly, and service oriented. I was worried about the cost of my repairs and time that it would take to get done. I was able to get all the services I needed to be back and safe on the road, plus the cost was more affordable than I anticipated. The shop is clean and offer drinks as a courtesy to customers. The atmosphere is friendly and makes you want to come back again. I’m pleased with my services.

Midas in Gary Indiana. Terrible location, out of employees hands. Excellent services provided by the team and Clayton went out of his way to insure comfort and complete understanding at all times. They had free tea and coffee available and the restroom was decent. The warrantee on their tires are phenomenal. I will become a regular! Thanks. Oh btw I found coupons they accepted with zero issue.

Came for an oil change friday Jan 23rd for a simple fully synthetic oil change. On Saturday morning, I noticed a puddle of oil on my garage floor directly under where the filter is. I called and said my car is messed up, leaving a puddle of oil directly beneath. I couldn’t afford a tow and said I can drive o there, and the rep recommended I didn’t and that he would send a tow. From there no one came on Saturday, they showed up Monday morning to take the vehicle at 11. After waiting hours, I called in nearly at 3pm asking for an update, and the receptionist said it would be finished soon. Having to find a way up there, I then got there and waited on the vehicle, after waiting until after they close, they then stayed it’s still a leak and minor leak and want to try Hyundai genuine parts and

Midas always delivers each and every time! No matter what they try to help you, giving you the best options! Midas is my go to regardless! I be like, “ I have the Midas Touch”! My friends love it when I say that lol! Midas! Midas always lay out all options to help better serve us, cheap or expensive! Midas guys are so respectful and reliable! Whatever time limit they say, that is just what it is! The company does not tamper with anything else to make you pay for it when that is not what you wanted fixed at the moment, they make their money honestly! I got my oil changed this time. Traveling out of state and experiencing car trouble we pulled off into this wonderful Midas location here in Gary, Indiana. While not even officially open the owner/manager was incredibly hospitable, agreed to talk to us to see what we needed and even then brought us inside to wait till one of his technicians arrived at their start time. To get us back on the road, they were kind enough to take us first. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and respectful of our needs.
