Car dropped off at 9:30am. Called @ 3:30 pm, The store manager, Dereck, was very short with me , when I proactively called about the the status of my car ( he did not apologize) try to upsell me on a filter and brakes.he said he had someone on the back helping him for 5 hours and he would get back with me.I asked about the coupon and store manager said I would have to bring it in to get a discount. Was called 30 minutes later my car was ready.I arrived and I was given a nod by Derrick the store manager and he mentioned the total where I said I had a coupon. I'd had issues with other providers recently so took my car to Midas. I'm so glad I did. They were able to diagnose and address issues that the other provider tried to explain away. Isla and the team were wonderful. They explained the work, the cost breakdown and then gave a timeline that they adhered to. Communication was fantastic. I'll definitely be using Midas as my go-to moving forward.

love this location, although a little bit longer of a wait everytime I go, I’d still rather come to this location! They have gotten me in everytime i’ve needed and oil change and have been prompt about my car’s inspection every time! Derrick is great to work with, very professional!

I just went to Midas for an oil change. The same place I have gone before. This time they told me I needed brake fluid flush, a coolant flush, air filters replaced and the most expensive part was to install front brake pads and rotors. They told me the estimate would be about $1,000. I tried to walk out and said let me think about it, the front desk clerk encouraged me to stay same way back another day will get you out of here on time. That should have been my warning to leave. When I was waiting I looked up and found three coupons that would have saved me $120. They would only let me use one coupon for $50, even though the coupons did not state that they could not be combined with other offers, this store said it's their policy that I could only use one coupon. Can’t say enough great things about this Midas location! Everyone is always so professional, polite, and understanding. It’s hard to come by a good auto shop who is honest and does good work. This location specifically has some of the most helpful and honest staff I have come by! Wonderful experience EVERYTIME!
