Just want to say that the customer service here is phenomenal the people that work here are really laid back and down to earth. Kevin is the man that I talked to and he presented me with alot of options to get my vehicle fixed his help really gave me a piece of mind

Best prices and most efficient car service in town! You can make an appointment and it is honored. There are no aggressive sales pitches. The staff knows what they are doing. Very trustworthy.

Rivergate midas is the best. Got an oil change with no problem. The service was great 😃 👍.I took my car to the Hendersonville location. The oil cap was not put back on my car after the oil. The manager on duty took no responsibility after taking my car back to Hendersonville location they broke my hood latch & never said a word poor customer service

Steve, the store manager was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Although I did not have an appointment, my car was taken into the shop in just a few minutes and the oil change completed in short order. The store was very clean with two separate customer waiting areas, with free coffee available in the main area. I used an online coupon for my oil change, which made the price extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location of Midas. 👍😊
